Autodesk: my brief article
Autodesk. Have you heard of this company? If you’re technically involve in drawings and design process, this name is nothing new. But I’d like to share this with those who want to know more.
Autodesk have been in the industry since 1982. It is the leading company which provides the 2D and 3D software technologies in the design process stage. They help the customers to visualize, simulate, and analyze the real-world performance of their ideas[1]. This is achieved by providing software for drafting to the progressive digital prototyping.
Too massive for your interest? Let me explain this from the perspective of construction. The most common and widely used drafting software (the only perhaps) in Malaysia is the AutoCAD. AutoCAD falls under the products for General Design & Documentation, which is, by 'incident', produced by Autodesk.
But Autodesk is more than AutoCAD.
Let me show you what else is offered by Autodesk, so at least, in the future, you’d remember and try to recall my name,… not some buttercup of bubble or blossom or sort,.
What else is offered by Autodesk:
Architecture:
AutoCAD Revit Architecture Suite Revit Architecture AutoCAD Architecture
Civil Engineering:
