Masterbill³ (MB³)

As we know computer usage is common and not dissonant things in any QS firms. This is because it is started introducing by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyor (RICS) in 1960. In the early age of its usage the function is to delve the suitability of its function in order to do the QS tasks. After a very deep search are done, the result shown that computers are suitable to be used in order to prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) and other peripheral services.

I’d like to share with you the software that being used in my company to produce BQ that is Masterbill³ (MB³). MB³ is a fully integrated Quantity Surveying system for the production and management of Bills of Quantity, schedule of rates and the like. This software has been recognized by Institute Surveyor Malaysia (ISM), and has been widely used by JKR to produce their BQ and also part of the syllabus for Diploma and Degree In Quantity Surveying courses in Uitm since 2002.
