INTRODUCTION

E-Tendering is an electronic tendering solution facilitates the complete tendering process from advertising until placing of the contract in electronic format. Other similar terms used for e-tendering are RFQ, RFT and e-bidding. E-Tender allows tenderers to run tenders through a secure website.
