designing a new environment

IT did change the scenario of Malaysian Construction Industry. I look into this subject from a designer perspective.
I deal with IT product everyday in my responsible in producing a good design.
On the design aspect the used of design software in design is something common today. The design software as we all can named it i.e AutoCad which already widely used for generating drawings, numbers of 3D software i.e 3D Max, InteriCad, SketchUp Series, LightWave and lots more in the market are serving designers and user to producing good design and product.

We also use IT in estimating the cost of design product, scheduling the implementation and also comunicate with others by distance.





A designer will be able to show almost a real end product by using 3D design software. It is truly a huge aid to the industry. Design is not only an imagination anymore, nowadays designers can be more creative and inovative.
Thanks to Malaysian local University also, for their contribution in producing designers that’s able to produce a superb design by using the latest design tools.


Although there is a debate that’s says that the design now is become simpler because of the way they design it. What I can say is, if it is contributing to the improvement of the design industry, why not we make it simpler.
A simple design, by using a practicle material will help also in producing a constructable product. It is different in the tradisional way, design is a peace of arts. It is seperate from the construction process.
Today it is not an art work on a piece of paper. Design is a contract that show what the user will after it is constructed.




With changes in design technology, it will lead into the new style of designed product and finally change the Malaysian environtment towards a modern leaving. When the time come then we will thanks to IT thats help us in achieving our mission to have a modernized country and new Malaysian generation.
Information Technology today is so dinamic. It change everyday. By understand how to work in the virtual dimension, a designer will able to make it happen, in reality. With IT, a designer will design the new environment faster, more efficient, more proper and with style.
