The safety and security of the construction site usually unsecure because the location is "Under Construction". The most common insident happened are theft and vandalism, well thats mean money lost to the contractor. We heard lots of cases where contractor facing triple handling situation where the installed material such as steel component or cable are stolen. And lots of cases also where the subcontractor subotaj the site. (payment issue offcourse)

Alarm companies and CCTV vendors can't assist the site until the project is complete. When police departments won't respond or provide extra patrols. Security guard in a deep asleep, always.
